CNC Recruitment are looking for a skilled and reliable Quality Engineer to join our client in Yeovil, a well-respected aerospace engineering company.

Pay: £40,000 - £45,000 Per Annum

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.00am - 5.30pm and Friday 8.00am to 12pm

Job Type: Temp to Perm (Permanent after 16 weeks)

Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Engineer with strong experience in Health & Safety to support and enhance our Business Management Systems while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This role will play a key part in supporting our Quality Manager in driving continuous improvement, reducing risk, and promoting a culture of quality and safety across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Business Management Systems (BMS) in line with AS9100 standards.
  • Conduct internal audits and support external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Analyse quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
