CNC Recruitment are currently recruiting for several skilled Multi-Trade Operatives across multiple locations. These roles involve carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks within residential properties.
Our client is particularly interested in candidates with a core trade in plastering or carpentry , alongside general multi-trade skills.
Pay - £31,000 - £35,000
Location: Devon / Dorset Area
Woking hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm
Job Type: Temp to Perm (Permanent after 16 weeks)
Key Responsibilities
Carry out maintenance and repair work across multiple trades
Complete work in both occupied and void properties
Deliver high-quality workmanship with attention to detail
Ensure excellent customer service at all times
Work independently and manage your own workload
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a multi-trade role
A core trade such as:
Plastering
Carpentry
Additional skills (e.g. plumbing, decorating, basic tiling)
Ability to problem-solve and work efficiently
Full UK driving licence
