CNC Recruitment are seeking Groundworkers for a Somerset-based company who works throughout the UK, repairing and servicing water systems.The successful candidate will work away from home from Monday-Friday. This role would suit someone who has done hands on manual work, such as labouring. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a Supportive work environment with the chance for professional growth and development. Working in a positive, supportive team who enjoy their work. Full Training provided.

Salary : £14.00ph starting rate.
MUST be happy to work away - all work is away on different contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Site Clearance: Clearing vegetation, topsoil, and debris to create a level, stable base.
- Excavation: Digging trenches for foundations, utilities, and service ducts.
- Foundations: Laying and pouring concrete bases and footings to support the structure.
- Drainage: Installing pipes, manholes, and underground systems to manage water flow.
Requirements needed:
- The candidate will ideally come from a hands on, manual work background and be physically fit , as some heavy lifting required
- The ability to work in a team.
- A positive , strong work ethic,
- Good communication skills
- Proactive and consistent to get the job done.
- Hardworking
- A professional attitude
