Salary: £17.50 - £18.00 per hour CNC Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced CNC Mill/Turn Setter/Operator (Level 2) to join a leading aerospace manufacturing company in Poole .

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled CNC machinist to join a well-established business, producing high-quality precision components in a fast-paced engineering environment.

The Role As a CNC Mill/Turn Setter/Operator, you will be responsible for setting and operating CNC Mill/Turn lathes using FANUC control systems to manufacture precision turned components to customer drawings and specifications.

You will also be responsible for inspecting your own work to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities Set and operate CNC Mill/Turn lathes using FANUC control systems.

Manufacture precision turned components in accordance with engineering drawings and customer specifications.

Carry out first-off and in-process inspection of your own work to drawing and SPC requirements.

Inspect your own work to ensure quality standards are consistently achieved.

Maintain a high standard of engineering workmanship.

Ensure your work area is maintained to excellent 5S housekeeping standards.
