The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for a QA Laboratory Technician to join the Technical team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career within Quality Assurance and Laboratory Testing , with full training provided. Previous laboratory or QA experience is not essential , making this a great opportunity for candidates with the right attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
The successful candidate will split their time between laboratory-based testing and Quality Assurance activities across the site , gaining broad experience across both areas.
Working Pattern Monday: 06:00 – 14:30
Tuesday: 08:00 – 16:30
Wednesday: 12:00 – 20:30
Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30
Friday: 06:00 – 14:30
Key Responsibilities Laboratory Duties:
Carrying out routine sampling activities
Environmental and equipment swabbing
Performing cheese testing methods
Completing selected laboratory analyses
Accurately recording and reporting results
QA Duties:
Conducting GMP audits
Completing quality inspections
Carrying out hygiene verification activities
Providing general QA support across the site
Supporting the Technical team in maintaining high standards of quality, food safety and hygiene
What We're Looking For Previous laboratory or QA experience is not mandatory , as full training will be provided.
