CNC Recruitment are looking for a skilled and reliable Goods In & Despatch Admin to join our client in Yeovil.

Location: Yeovil

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5pm

Summary of Objectives: Manage day-to-day Goods In and Dispatch activities while providing administrative support across the business. Ensure all processes are completed accurately using the ERP system (TRICORN) and maintain high standards of organisation, communication, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately book in and release customer orders using the ERP system (TRICORN)
  • Follow all processes and procedures in a consistent, methodical manner
  • Communicate with Planning and Technical teams regarding NPI and job requirements
  • Provide ongoing support to production operations
  • Receive and process goods, consumables, and raw materials
  • Support other departments as required
  • Maintain a high level of security and organisation across all related areas
  • Carry out general administrative duties
  • Assist couriers, customers, and delivery personnel
  • Support deliveries and collections (including use of company vehicle when required)
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and environmental standards, including PPE
