Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficient and timely production of goods. Ensure that production targets are met on time and within budget. Monitor production processes to ensure that products meet the required quality standards. Develop and implement production schedules and procedures. Train and motivate production staff to ensure that they work effectively and safely. Conduct performance evaluations with the Production Manager and provide feedback to production staff. Cross-functional collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth production operations. Monitor stock levels and ensure that materials are available for production. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times, maintaining GMP. Strive for continuous improvement by identifying ways of eliminating unnecessary costs and wastage. Work closely with the Production Manager at all times, taking responsibility in the Manager's absence.
