p b Salary: /b From £33,280 per annum br br Considering making an application for this job Check all the details in this job description, and then click on Apply. br b Job Type: /b Full-time, Permanent br b Location: /b Workshop-based /p About the Role p CNC Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing specialist vehicle conversion business, for an enthusiastic and skilled b Campervan Conversion Technician /b to join their workshop team. /p p This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual with a background in the b motorhome, campervan or caravan industry /b to join a growing business where there is scope to develop your skills and take on additional responsibility. /p Key Responsibilities ul li Carry out campervan and vehicle conversion work to a high standard. /li li Diagnose, fault-find and resolve technical issues efficiently. /li li Work as part of a small, friendly and fast-paced workshop team. /li li Communicate professionally with customers both face-to-face and over the telephone. /li li Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard. /li li Be willing to learn and develop new skills as the business grows. /li li Support colleagues across the workshop when required. /li /ul Essential Skills Experience ul li Previous experience working within the b campervan, motorhome or caravan industry /b . /li li Practical experience of vehicle conversions and associated installation work. /li li Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities. /li li Good communication and customer service skills. /li li A positive, hands-on approach to work. /li li Ability to work effectively as part of a team. /li li Willingness to learn new skills and develop within the role. /li /ul Desirable Experience ul li Previous supervisory or people management experience. /li li Experience taking responsibility for workshop tasks or supporting junior team members. /li /ul Additional Information ul li Occasional weekend working may be required. /li li This is a b permanent, full-time, workshop-based position /b . xjlbheb /li li Applicants should be comfortable working in a hands-on environment and dealing directly with customers. /li /ul Benefits ul li Salary from b £33,280 per annum /b /li li Company pension /li li On-site parking /li li Opportunity to develop and progress within a growing business /li /ul br
