Hiring: Industrial Paint Sprayer (Temporary)

Job Description CNC Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Skilled Paint Sprayer to join our client, a highly respected architectural metalwork and bespoke steel fabrication specialist based in Taunton, Somerset . \n With over 30 years of experience, our client delivers high-quality projects across the South West, including feature stairs, balconies, balustrades, handrails, structural steelwork and bespoke architectural features . \n This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a skilled production team within a modern, well-equipped workshop, working on a varied range of high-quality metalwork projects. The Role\n As a Skilled Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for the preparation and finishing of a variety of metalwork components , ensuring all work is completed to a high-quality standard. \n You will also support the wider production team with assembly and preparation of fabrications prior to dispatch . Key Responsibilities\n \n Prepare metal surfaces through cleaning, filling and sanding prior to painting. \n Apply industrial coatings and finishes to architectural metalwork. \n Achieve high-quality finishes on feature items and bespoke metalwork. \n Inspect finished work to ensure it meets the required quality standards. \n Assist colleagues with the build and assembly of fabricated products. \n Maintain a clean, tidy and organised workshop. \n What We're Looking For\n The ideal candidate will have: \n \n Proven experience as an Industrial Paint Sprayer , ideally within metalwork, fabrication or a related industry such as coach building. \n Strong attention to detail and the ability to achieve high-quality finishes. \n A good understanding of surface preparation and industrial coatings. \n The ability to work independently as well as part of a wider production team. \n Willingness to assist with assembly and other workshop duties when required. \n \n Further training and support will be provided where required.
