Job Description

CNC Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced CNC Milling Machinist to join an established, family-run precision engineering company. This role would suit a skilled individual with a strong background in programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines.

Location: Clevedon, Bristol

Type: Temp – Perm
Hours:Flexible working hours between 7:00am and 5:00pm
Salary: Up to Β£25 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Program, set, and operate 3-axis and 4-axis CNC milling machines
  • Work with Heidenhain controls
  • Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
  • Produce high-quality precision components to tight tolerances
  • Maintain a high standard of accuracy, quality, and efficiency

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in programming, setting, and operating CNC mills
  • Experience with 3-axis and 4-axis machines
  • Strong knowledge of Heidenhain controls (essential)
  • Ability to work from engineering drawings
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
