The role is primarily field-based, supporting customers across the UK, with the majority of work located throughout the South West of England. Full training will be provided on weighing systems and calibration procedures, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop specialist industry skills.

The Role

  • Service, calibrate, test, repair, and install weighing and related equipment.
  • Diagnose faults and carry out maintenance activities to ensure equipment operates effectively.
  • Complete service reports, calibration certificates, and supporting documentation accurately.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service and technical support.
  • Manage workload effectively while working independently in the field.
  • Attend training and development activities as required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience within an engineering, maintenance, or field service role.
  • Good mechanical and electrical aptitude with fault-finding abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Competent IT skills for completing electronic reports and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
