CNC Recruitment are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to work directly within our client's environment, supporting their in-house marketing and design teams.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to become an essential part of the creative process.

The role combines the coordination of production information, creation, approval, and uploading of creative assets – all within challenging lead times.

The role reports to the onsite account manager with a dotted line to senior stakeholders.

Location: Office Based in Yeovil – potential for hybrid Job Type: Full-time Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the client and other artworkers to understand project objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Create, adapt, and refine artwork for print campaigns including POS, banners, leaflets, online assets, and more.
  • Ensure all artwork is accurate, on-brand, and production-ready.
  • Maintain consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring high standards are met across digital and physical outputs.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
  • Support the client with design mock-ups and conceptual visuals when required, offering creative input and solutions.
  • Ensure timely handovers to production, ensuring all artwork meets production standards and is delivered on schedule.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a creative artwork or graphic design role, ideally in an agency or in-house environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong understanding of print production processes and formats.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong layout and typography skills.
  • Ability to work independently and confidently within a client setting.
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with retail design is a plus, but not essential.
