CNC Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a CNC Miller (Level 2) to join a leading aerospace manufacturing company in Tewkesbury. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Miller to join a well-established engineering business, working within a precision manufacturing environment producing high-quality aerospace components.
The Role
As a CNC Miller, you will be responsible for setting and operating CNC milling machines using FANUC OI-MF control systems to manufacture precision prismatic components to customer drawings and specifications. You will also carry out quality inspections and ensure high engineering and housekeeping standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and operate CNC milling machines using FANUC OI-MF control systems.
- Produce precision machined components to engineering drawings and customer specifications.
- Carry out tool setting and offset adjustments.
- Inspect your own work in line with drawing requirements and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Maintain a high standard of engineering workmanship.
- Ensure your work area is maintained to excellent 5S housekeeping standards.
- Work safely and efficiently to achieve production and quality targets.

- Experience within aerospace component manufacturing.
