CNC Recruitment is working with a leading manufacturing business to recruit a Surface Treatments Operator to join their production team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in surface finishing or manufacturing who enjoys working in a hands-on production environment.
You ll play an important role in processing precision components through a variety of surface treatment processes while ensuring quality standards and customer deadlines are consistently met.
Working within a supportive team, you ll report to the Production Manager through the Cell Leader and contribute to the safe and efficient operation of the treatment department.
The Role As a Surface Treatments Operator, you ll be responsible for preparing and processing components through a range of specialist surface treatment processes, following the production schedule and maintaining high standards of quality, safety and efficiency.
You ll ensure components are correctly prepared, treated and inspected while working to production targets and customer delivery deadlines.
