CNC Recruitment are currently recruiting for several skilled Multi-Trade Operatives across multiple locations. These roles involve carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks within residential properties. Our client is particularly interested in candidates with a core trade in plastering or carpentry, alongside general multi-trade skills.
Pay: £31,000 - £35,000
Location: Swindon / Gloucester, Mid-Wiltshire & Somerset
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm
Job Type: Temp to Perm (Permanent after 16 weeks)
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out maintenance and repair work across multiple trades
- Complete work in both occupied and void properties
- Deliver high-quality workmanship with attention to detail
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Work independently and manage your own workload
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a multi-trade role
- A core trade such as:
- Plastering
- Carpentry
- Additional skills (e.g. plumbing, decorating, basic tiling)
- Ability to problem-solve and work efficiently
- Full UK driving licence
