The company supply complex high precision engineered components to a variety of industries across the UK including Motor Sport, Medical, Aerospace and Military. This is a great opportunity for the right engineer to join a great engineering company.\\n\\nThe Role – EDM Spark Eroder\\nThe company are looking for an experienced EDM spark eroder to work within a very demanding but rewarding environment.\\n\\nDuties – EDM Spark Eroder\\n\\n * Machining a range of metals into precision components for high end aerospace, defence and medical applications\\n\\n * Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical diagrams\\n\\n * Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment at all times.\\n\\n * Providing feedback to team leaders and shop floor staff to highlight any technical issues or potential risks.\\n\\n * Help drive technology and cutting-edge manufacturing techniques.\\n\\nRequirements – EDM Spark Eroder\\n\\n * Ideally experienced working on Sodick or Wire Erosion machines, but training will be provided.\\n\\n * Leadership skills are desirable\\n\\n * Good verbal & written communication skills\\n\\n * Excellent attention to detail\\n\\n * Flexible approach to workload and business requirements\\n\\n * Works well in a team environment\\n\\n * The ability to work under pressure\\n\\n * From an engineering background\\n\\nHours of Work – EDM Spark Eroder\\nNormal Days, Early finish on Fridays\\n\\nSalary and Benefits – EDM Spark Eroder\\n£18.00 – £20.00 per hour\\nPension scheme\\nRegular overtime.\\n25 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays
