A successful family run precision engineering company are looking for an experienced CNC Miller programmer, setter to join their team. The company is very successful continuously expanding and supplying precision components to an international client base.
The Role
The company are looking for an experienced CNC Miller, programmer, setter, working on Heidenhain or Fanuc controls to join their team. The right candidate will be writing programs at the machine working to engineering drawings to provide high precision one off and small batch work components.
Duties
- Program, Set and operate CNC Milling machines using Heidenhain or Fanuc controls
- Machine to tight tolerances
- One off\’s and small batch work
- Produce components from various Oil & Gas & general engineering and exotic materials
Requirements
- Must have experience programming, setting and operating CNC mills using Heidenhain or Fanuc controls.
- Previous experience working within a high precision manufacturing environment.
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
