The Role:
Working from our busy head office in Oval, You’ll learn the full 360 recruitment process — from sourcing candidates to closing deals. Expect hands-on training, real responsibility, and a focus on your growth.
Once trained, you’ll be:
- Managing your own market in the built environment space
- Placing candidates and generating monthly revenue
- Building relationships with clients and attending industry events
- Creating a strong personal brand on LinkedIn
- Contributing to a collaborative, high-energy team culture
