Are you ready to lead learning content projects while helping modernise an LMS platform in a fast-evolving digital marketing environment? We are working exclusively with a nationally recognised professional membership body of 50 staff to appoint a Learning Solutions Manager as part of a strategic investment in their education and qualification programmes.
This hire is being driven by an upcoming LMS transition and continued growth in demand for high-quality online, blended and face-to-face learning. It’s a rare opportunity to combine instructional design, LMS implementation exposure and stakeholder project management in a visible, career-building role.
You will project manage course and qualification development from concept through to content production and assessment, working across digital and in-person formats. A key focus will be supporting the transition from their current LMS to a new platform, assisting with content migration, system optimisation and continuous improvement of the learner journey.
You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts, corporate clients and internal departments to scope, design and refine engaging learning solutions. Success in this role means delivering accurate, inspiring and commercially relevant learning experiences that meet the needs of marketers, agencies and corporate members.
