Are you ready to step into a Head of Commercial Growth role where you will build a scalable revenue engine, lead consultative enterprise sales, and drive transformation in a high-growth, AI-enabled business? We are working exclusively with a PE-backed, London-based scale-up of circa 15 employees, experiencing strong growth and entering a pivotal phase of commercial evolution.
This business operates at the intersection of leadership development, people performance, and transformation, partnering with large corporates and high-growth organisations undergoing change. They are now seeking a commercially driven leader to take ownership of revenue, reduce founder dependency, and build a structured, scalable sales function as they transition into their next phase of growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will personally originate and close strategic, high-value deals while shaping the commercial strategy and infrastructure. You will engage with senior stakeholders including CHROs, CPOs, and operational leaders, leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes built around business transformation and performance outcomes.
The role combines immediate revenue responsibility, including delivering c.ÂŁ300k new ARR in year one, alongside building pipeline visibility, forecasting discipline, and scalable processes. You will inherit and develop an emerging commercial team, refining structure, improving performance, and embedding a high-performance sales culture aligned to long-term growth.
We are looking for a commercially credible, consultative sales leader ready to step into their first “Head of” role with full ownership and accountability. You will bring a track record of delivering high-value B2B sales in transformation-led, advisory, or people-focused environments.
