Are you a senior SDR who thrives on outbound strategy, engaging CFO-level stakeholders, and building high-quality pipeline in complex SaaS sales environments? We are working with a private equity-backed SaaS business in the compliance and regulatory reporting space. Our client is now bringing their SDR function back in-house after a period of outsourcing, creating a unique opportunity to take ownership and elevate performance.
This Senior SDR role has been created to drive pipeline growth, improve outbound effectiveness, and support a broader shift toward platform-led sales. This is a highly commercial, strategic SDR role focused on generating qualified opportunities across mid-market and enterprise organisations. You will engage senior stakeholders within the Office of the CFO, including Heads of Tax, Finance Leaders, and Transformation teams, positioning a broader SaaS platform rather than a single point solution.
Working closely with Account Executives, you will lead outbound campaigns, qualify opportunities using structured discovery, and contribute directly to pipeline in deals ranging from £50k to £250k ARR. Success in this role is measured by quality of engagement, progression to qualified pipeline, and your ability to influence complex buying groups.
We are looking for an experienced SDR who enjoys owning pipeline generation as a long-term career path rather than viewing it solely as a stepping stone. You will have a proven background in SaaS or technology sales, ideally within finance, ERP, tax, or compliance-related solutions, with experience engaging senior stakeholders in complex organisations. Strong outbound capability across LinkedIn, email, and phone is essential, alongside the ability to run structured discovery and refine messaging to improve conversion.
The business offers a collaborative, high-performance culture backed by private equity investment, with strong internal alignment across sales, marketing, and enablement functions. This role provides genuine opportunity to shape and grow the SDR function over time, with potential to move into leadership as the team expands. The position is remote-first, with travel to a West London office once or twice per month, offering flexibility alongside meaningful in-person collaboration.
