Are you ready to lead and scale a high-performing EMEA new logo sales function within a transforming global SaaS organisation? We are working exclusively with a global learning technology and capability development provider of circa 250 employees, currently integrating two established brands into a single, high-growth commercial organisation.
This strategic integration has created a rare opportunity for a Head of Business Development – EMEA to shape regional go-to-market strategy and drive new business acquisition across Enterprise and Mid-Market segments. Reporting into the Chief Sales Officer, this role will own regional revenue performance while leading and developing a team focused purely on new logo SaaS sales across EMEA.
This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for delivering the regional number, building pipeline coverage, improving forecast accuracy, and accelerating deal velocity across both direct and channel models. You will engage senior HR, Talent, L&D and C-suite stakeholders across private and public sector organisations, supporting complex, consultative enterprise sales cycles.
Alongside leading weekly sales cadence, pipeline reviews and performance coaching, you will personally support strategic deals and elevate win rates across the team. The mandate is clear: scale new business revenue, embed operational rigour, and execute a high-impact regional go-to-market strategy during a period of commercial transformation.
We are seeking a commercially astute sales leader with proven experience managing high-performing new business development teams within SaaS, learning technology, HR tech or consultative solutions environments. You will have demonstrable success owning a regional revenue target across Enterprise and Mid-Market, combined with hands-on involvement in strategic deal progression.
Experience operating within matrixed global organisations, partnering with Marketing, RevOps, Sales Enablement and Channel functions, will be critical to success. Exposure to business integration, transformation or commercial change environments will be highly advantageous, as the role requires resilience, adaptability and strong leadership through ambiguity.
The culture blends corporate stability with growth ambition, offering the opportunity to shape the future of a newly aligned global sales organisation. You will join a collaborative, performance-driven environment that values accountability, professional development and cross-functional partnership.
The package includes £80K–£90K base salary with circa £30K uncapped OTE, alongside 38 days holiday, 6% employer pension contribution, private medical insurance, enhanced sickness provision, life assurance, and a work-from-home allowance.
This is a UK-based remote leadership role with EMEA remit and occasional travel, offering genuine long-term career progression within a scaling international SaaS business — to find out more, apply now.
