Could you build the qualified sales pipeline needed to help a fast-growing pharmaceutical Saa S and market access technology business move beyond $10m ARR?
CN Sales Recruitment is working exclusively with a global pricing and market access technology company that combines digital solutions with specialist consultancy services.
Employing approximately 110 people globally, including more than 40 in the UK, the business currently generates around $8.5m ARR and aims to exceed $10m by its July year-end.
Continued growth and expansion of its international sales function have created an opportunity for a Business Development Associate to support its Business Development Managers with new customer acquisition.
You will research target accounts, identify decision-makers and engage prospective customers through Linked In, email, telephone, social selling and other creative digital channels.
Your goal will be to generate qualified opportunities, nurture longer-term relationships and build a strong pipeline that supports ambitious revenue targets.
You will engage market access, pricing and reimbursement professionals within major pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies across EMEA and North America.
Alongside booking meetings and product demonstrations, you will qualify customer needs, maintain accurate Hub Spot records and provide the wider sales team with valuable market and prospect intelligence.
We are looking for a curious, commercially ambitious and self-motivated sales professional who wants to build a successful career within Saa S and healthcare technology.
You should bring at least two years of pharmaceutical sales experience, ideally involving market access, alongside experience selling digital or Saa S solutions.
Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills are essential, as is the confidence to use a structured, multi-touch approach to prospecting and lead generation.
Experience using social selling or short-form video to capture attention would be advantageous, although energy, creativity and a genuine desire to understand customers will be equally important.
You will join a collaborative, multicultural and fast-moving business where innovation, learning and individual initiative are actively encouraged.
As an entry point into the commercial team, the position offers a clear route towards Business Development Manager and, longer term, Account Management opportunities.
The role offers a negotiable basic salary of up to £40,000 plus uncapped commission, with expected first-year earnings of approximately £10,000 to £15,000 above basic, alongside hybrid working requiring a minimum of one day per week in the central London office and occasional travel to conferences and exhibitions.
