Responsibilities:
  • Organising shifts and rotas.
  • Lead by example.
  • Work with drink suppliers.
  • Wine knowledge.
  • Recruiting and training staff.
  • Work closely with the Head chef and kitchen team.
  • Able to work evenings and weekends.
