C&N Recruitment are pleased to be working with a luxury 4* hotel and spa, who are looking for a Chef de Partie for their Brasserie restaurant. The restaurant has an elegant open-plan dining space. The Brasserie serves an all-day menu combining British and Mediterranean cuisine. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and Dinner, Monday to Sunday.
The successful CDP will be able to:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to quickly learn new recipes.
- Learn new cooking methods.

- Able to work with fresh ingredients.
