The ISS Project Manager role manages projects of various size and scales of activity, teams, and functions within CMS2 to deliver exceptional support services. They also serve as the customer's primary contact, ensuring they’re aware of all available solutions for equipment availability, configuration, upgrades, issue resolution, and obsolescence management.

Delivering a support solution in a controlled manner, the role holder will be responsible for opportunity identification, proposal compilation and delivery of solutions.
