We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high-value, multi-technology smart building projects (ICT cabling, security, networking, AV, BMS, IoT) for projects in London & the home counties.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead pre-contract strategy and bid processes.
- Define project methodology, manage mobilisation and resource allocation.
- Ensure timely and snag-free delivery across multiple technologies.
- Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, and financial performance.
- Champion health & safety and ensure compliance on-site.
- Mentor and manage Project Managers.
Required Skills
- Experience managing £m+ projects in smart buildings or construction.
- Strong leadership, financial acumen, and technical knowledge.
- Familiarity with digital project management tools.
