About the role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team and support the delivery of our L&D programme and processes as we adopt a new Learning Management System. You will be part of a team of L&D Coordinators who provide strong organisational and administrative support to the firm’s L&D function. This is a hybrid position with travel to the London office regularly and other CMS offices from time to time as required by the role.
In this role, you can expect to get involved in a variety of work including:
• Co-ordination of all pre-event administration & logistical processes for various courses and development programmes
• Be the first point of contact for all L&D queries e.g. monitoring the L&D inbox & responding in a timely manner.
• Prompt processing of training related invoices.
• Live logistical support during our courses and development programmes to ensure a high quality experience for all attendees
• Support the implementation of L&D projects from time to time
