Domestic Gas Engineers required for a large housing maintenance specialist with lots of work in IP and CO or SS areas. Suitable candidates must be competent with breakdown and servicing on all domestic gas boilers.
There is a requirement for all of the engineers in the team to cover callout. This is 1 day per week, every week and rolling including weekend days. Out of hours are 24hr, however after 10pm will only be for major water leaks. These are paid at 40 incomplete and 50 for completions. Overtime works at 1.5 hour rate travel to job and time to complete. There are also opportunities for training and development.
Suitable Gas engineers must hold domestic ACS qualifications for CENWAT, CCN, CKR, HTR. Qualifications in ASHP, OFTEC or LPG are also desired and will increase the salary banding offered, but are not essential.
