About the Role As an Emerging Talent Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the firm's Emerging Talent (ET) programmes, from attraction and recruitment through to hire, onboarding and the full employee lifecycle processes for the firm's Emerging Talent population. Working closely with the Emerging Talent, HR Operations teams and internal and external stakeholders, you'll ensure that our future Trainees, Solicitor Apprentices, and Secondees receive a professional and seamless experience.
