The Role
We’re seeking a skilled Bid Manager / Writer to lead and support our tendering efforts. You’ll work closely with Directors, Sales, and Technical Teams to produce high-quality bids that win contracts and drive growth.
What You’ll Need
- Experience in bid writing and management (security / fire industry preferred)
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Ability to manage full bid lifecycle independently
- Familiarity with procurement processes and compliance standards
- Fire Safety (Electronic & Passive)
- CCTV, Access Control, Door Entry
- Intruder Alarms, Warden Call, IRS
- Electrical & Integrated IP Systems
Key Responsibilities
- Manage PQQs, SQs, and tender submissions
- Write and edit bid content with input from internal teams
- Maintain bid library and tender logs
- Monitor portals for new opportunities
- Ensure compliance with procurement and company standards
