The Role
We’re seeking a skilled Bid Manager / Writer to lead and support our tendering efforts. You’ll work closely with Directors, Sales, and Technical Teams to produce high-quality bids that win contracts and drive growth.
What You’ll Need
• Experience in bid writing and management (security/fire industry preferred)
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage full bid lifecycle independently
• Familiarity with procurement processes and compliance standards
• Fire Safety (Electronic & Passive)
• CCTV, Access Control, Door Entry
• Intruder Alarms, Warden Call, IRS
• Electrical & Integrated IP Systems
Key Responsibilities
• Manage PQQs, SQs, and tender submissions
• Write and edit bid content with input from internal teams
• Maintain bid library and tender logs
• Monitor portals for new opportunities
• Ensure compliance with procurement and company standards
