This role plays a key part in enabling the Marketing & Business Development (BD) function to operate efficiently and at scale. Whilst owning and delivering their own projects, the role will work closely with the Head of Marketing Operations and the Senior CRM Technology Development Manager to support the other projects within the Marketing Technology & Operations team. You will help translate business needs into clearly scoped, well-governed projects, ensuring the right initiatives are prioritised and delivered effectively. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity and driving meaningful change across a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management & Delivery: Deliver a number of key Marketing Technology & Operations projects for the Business Development function, from initial scoping and design through to implementation. Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful outcomes. Balance pace with appropriate governance in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Portfolio Management: Support the development and maintenance of the infrastructure required to manage a broad portfolio of Marketing Technology & Operations initiatives. Create and maintain project boards, portfolio dashboards and reporting to provide clear visibility of progress, priorities and risks. Support prioritisation and capacity planning across the portfolio.
  • Project Triage & Onboarding: Act as a central point of contact for new Marketing Technology & Operations project requests. Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges and objectives. Translate requirements into clearly defined scopes and, where appropriate, detailed requirements documentation for handover to development or delivery teams. Challenge and shape requests to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and available capacity.
  • Stakeholder & Change Management: Build strong relationships across Marketing & BD, IT, external suppliers and other business services teams. Facilitate workshops and discussions to support requirement gathering and decision‑making. Work with the wider team to support the successful adoption of new processes, tools and ways of working through effective change management.
