CMS UK is seeking an associate to join one of Europe's leading Antitrust, Competition & Trade teams. Based in London, Edinburgh or Glasgow, you will work on competition investigations, merger control, regulatory and trade matters, with cross-border collaboration across CMS offices.
You should have 2–4 years of PQE in UK/EU competition law, a willingness to learn procurement, state aid/subsidy and consumer/trade law, and excellent drafting and commercial instincts.
