HR Performance Transformation Lead - 18-24-month FTC

About The Role

Join us as available HR Performance Transformation Lead. This exciting role is available on an 18-24 month Fixed Term Contract and we offer hybrid working. You’ll be part of our HR Business Strategy and HR Business Partner team, working closely with Centre of Excellence colleagues to deliver a joined‑up people strategy aligned to business goals. The team own and develop the people strategy for the firm as well as ensuring HR work is joined up and aligned to the business. With the performance design phase complete, your focus will be on shaping delivery and embedding our new firm‑wide performance management approach across all business areas and jurisdictions. Our new performance approach is an integral element of the firm’s people strategy; driving and supporting the business in establishing a high‑performance culture for all our people.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Partnering with HRBPs and senior leaders to understand business needs and embed a high‑performance culture.
  • Engaging stakeholders from across the business to build awareness and buy‑in for the new approach.
  • Collaborating with L&D for example on goal setting and feedback development.
  • Leading the testing and refinement of performance evaluation and feedback mechanisms.
  • Developing a feedback approach that builds each year to create and embed a culture of feedback across the firm.
  • Working in partnership with our Workday Performance process role in the testing and delivery of the performance process.
  • Integrating DEIB and Wellbeing to ensure these fundamental elements of the firm\'s strategy are fully integrated into the new performance approach.
  • Managing communications, collateral, and deliverables to support successful implementation.
  • Managing the plan for delivering these responsibilities including milestone planning and measurements of success.

About You

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing performance strategies in complex organisations.
  • Strong HRBP or generalist commercially focused HR background with excellent business engagement skills.
  • Ability to influence and build credibility at senior levels across a diverse global organisation.
  • Able to demonstrate working successfully with key stakeholders including CoEs to create joint expectations and deliverables aligned to business strategy and focused on employee experience.
  • Honed collaboration skills, understanding how to operate in a complex, matrix organisation.
  • External/market awareness, understanding broader industry performance trends.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong presentation skills.
  • Able to build relationships at all levels based on trust, respect and delivery.
  • Collaborative and proactive approach; delivery focused.
