This role leads the operational delivery of Talent Acquisition (experienced hire), Learning and Development, and performance management services across CMS. You’ll manage a team of 12 colleagues and ensure these services are delivered consistently, compliantly and in line with business priorities. Alongside day‑to‑day operations, you’ll play a key role in improving how we use systems, data and insight to support colleagues and managers across the firm.
What you’ll do
- Lead the effective, timely and compliant delivery of global Talent Acquisition support across the firm.
- Oversee the delivery of Learning and Development programmes, ensuring they align with business needs and reflect colleague feedback and insight.
- Support the operational delivery of the annual performance review cycle, ensuring a consistent and positive experience for colleagues and managers.
- Work closely with Centres of Excellence and HR Business Partnering teams to ensure services are aligned, joined‑up and responsive to local requirements.
- Manage and develop the use of Workday and related technology, including AI‑enabled solutions, to support Talent Acquisition, Learning and Performance processes.
- Ensure system changes are clearly scoped, effectively tested and focused on accessibility and user experience.
- Manage third‑party service providers to ensure agreed service levels and quality standards are met.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, responding to feedback and using insight to improve services.
- Analyse data and metrics to assess service effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Lead, coach and support the HR Operations team through change, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with employment legislation, internal policies and best practice.
