Job Purpose
To support the Client Services Team in the service of conference room set-ups, moves & changes.
Key Relationships
Client, Client Services Manager, Senior Client Services Executives, Client Services Executives, IT/AV Team, Maintenance Team, Catering, Security, wide Facilities and Business Services Teams.
Main Duties
- Deliver a proactive, high-quality workplace and conference services function, ensuring an excellent experience for clients, visitors, and colleagues.
- Provide meeting room and event support, including room set-ups, partition operation, whiteboards, and basic AV equipment.
- Liaise with Facilities, IT, and AV teams to report, coordinate, and resolve faults efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections and weekly audits of meeting rooms and workplace areas, ensuring facilities are safe, functional, and maintained to a high standard.
- Support office moves, workplace reconfigurations, and the installation or adjustment of workplace equipment with minimal disruption to business operations.
- Assist with corporate events, porterage services, furniture moves, and logistical support as required.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels of consumables and equipment to support business continuity.
- Identify and report building defects, contributing to planned maintenance and participating in the emergency call-out rota where required.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies, risk assessments, and safe working practices while promoting continuous improvement.
- Maintain organised storage areas and provide responsive, customer-focused support to meet operational and client requirements.
