Evening Document Centre Specialist – CMS UK
We are looking for a Document Centre Specialist to join our Document Centre team. This fully remote role offers opportunities to develop your professional experience.
About The Role
- Responsible for accurate and timely document preparation according to established templates and brand guidelines.
- Act as a key client interface for CMS’s Document Centre services.
- Deliver high quality services on time, focusing on responsiveness, client satisfaction and effective communication.
- At least 3 years’ experience working within the document production field.
- Excellent communicator, building effective client relationships based on trust and a professional approach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with team and key stakeholders.
- Liaise effectively with Document Centre Manager as required.
- Reports to Shift Team Lead.
- Hours of work: 17:00 – 01:00.
- Location: Homeworker.
About You
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to multi‑task, oversee multiple projects and perform accurately under time pressures.
- Strong initiative, good judgment and ability to work independently.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to consistently producing high quality work.
- Maintain confidential information and work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Engender a culture of professionalism, superior customer service and accountability.
- Self‑motivated with a ‘can do’ approach, taking pride in work and the larger organisation.
- At least 3 years’ previous document production experience in a professional service environment.
- Prior experience in a legal production environment with workflow management is an advantage.
