Evening Document Centre Specialist – CMS UK

We are looking for a Document Centre Specialist to join our Document Centre team. This fully remote role offers opportunities to develop your professional experience.

About The Role

  • Responsible for accurate and timely document preparation according to established templates and brand guidelines.
  • Act as a key client interface for CMS’s Document Centre services.
  • Deliver high quality services on time, focusing on responsiveness, client satisfaction and effective communication.
  • At least 3 years’ experience working within the document production field.
  • Excellent communicator, building effective client relationships based on trust and a professional approach.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with team and key stakeholders.
  • Liaise effectively with Document Centre Manager as required.
  • Reports to Shift Team Lead.
  • Hours of work: 17:00 – 01:00.
  • Location: Homeworker.

About You

  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Ability to multi‑task, oversee multiple projects and perform accurately under time pressures.
  • Strong initiative, good judgment and ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to consistently producing high quality work.
  • Maintain confidential information and work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Engender a culture of professionalism, superior customer service and accountability.
  • Self‑motivated with a ‘can do’ approach, taking pride in work and the larger organisation.
  • At least 3 years’ previous document production experience in a professional service environment.
  • Prior experience in a legal production environment with workflow management is an advantage.
  • Excellent working knowledge of document production practices and technologies.
