About The Role
We are looking for a Document Centre Specialist to join our Document Centre team. This is a fully remote role with opportunities to develop your professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for accurate and timely document preparation according to established templates, brand guidelines and production best practices.
- Serve as a key client interface for CMS’s Document Centre services.
- Be flexible and possess excellent MS Office skills.
- Consistently deliver high quality services on time, with a focus on responsiveness, client satisfaction, effective client communication and client service orientation.
- At least 3 years\’ experience working within the document production field.
- Excellent communicator, build effective client relationships based on trust, flexibility, and professional approach and be able to deal confidently with clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with team and key stakeholders.
- Ongoing personal development in soft and hard skills, plan for development where needed.
- Cover for workflow, consistently deliver high quality services on time, with focus on responsiveness, client satisfaction, effective communication and service orientation.
- Liaise effectively with Document Centre Manager as required.
- Reports to: Shift Team Lead.
- Hours of work: 17:00 – 01:00.
- Location: Homeworker.
