We are recruiting for an Evening Digital Imaging Specialist to join our busy Document and Design Centre team in London. This role is part of our dedicated Scanning Team, providing vital support in digitising physical documents and delivering high-quality digital service to our UK offices.
Shift pattern: 13:00 – 21:00 Monday to Friday
This position is office-based, and the successful candidate must be fully comfortable working on-site full time. Due to the nature of the role, its responsibilities cannot be performed remotely.

About The Role
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for processing a variety of scanning and digital imaging requests, including:
- Basic and large format scanning (E-Bibles, Court Bundles, etc)
- Media duplication, extraction, and USB encryption
- Document Manipulation, redaction, pagination, and PDF conversion
- Operating scanning devices and software applications (Adobe, pdfDocs)
- Managing and prioritising tasks to mee tight deadlines
- Ensuring quality control and delivering work that meets users specifications
- Providing timely communication to users regarding job progress
- Managing scanning related service calls
You’ll also help maintaining the shared inbox and contribute the wider team as needed
