About the Role
- Responsible for accurate and timely document preparation according to established templates, brand guidelines and production best practices.
- Serve as key client interface for CMS’s Document Centre services.
- Flexibility and excellent MS Office skills required.
- Consistently deliver high‑quality services on time, with a focus on responsiveness, client satisfaction, effective communication and a client‑service orientation.
- At least 3 years’ experience in document production.
- Excellent communication; ability to build effective client relationships based on trust and professional approach.
- Maintain relationships with team and key stakeholders.
- Commit to ongoing personal development (soft and hard skills).
- Cover workflow as needed.
- Liaise effectively with Document Centre Managers as required.
- Reports to Shift Team Lead.
- Hours: 15:30 – 23:30.
- Location: Homeworker.
