What You’ll Do
- Leading the development and delivery of high‑quality content across CMS UK and international offices, supporting firmwide priorities as well as sector and practice group initiatives.
- Working with partners, lawyers and business development teams to shape thought leadership programmes, client‑facing campaigns and strategic content plans.
- Overseeing the creation and coordination of a wide range of content, including reports, articles, campaign assets, client materials, website content and profile‑raising initiatives.
- Helping lawyers identify opportunities to connect services, sectors and expertise through joined‑up, commercially focused content that supports stronger client conversations.
- Managing content workflows from briefing through to publication, ensuring work is delivered on time and aligned with CMS brand and messaging standards.
- Collaborating with colleagues across marketing, digital, communications and design teams to ensure content is effectively distributed and reused across platforms and regions.
- Acting as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders on content structure, messaging, tone and audience engagement.
- Contributing to the ongoing development of CMS’s content approach, including improving processes, governance, performance measurement and knowledge‑sharing across teams.
