The Performance Process Lead plays a critical role within an organisation, serving as the linchpin between business strategy and operational execution. This individual is entrusted with optimising end-to-end performance management processes, ensuring that business objectives are not only met but exceeded through effective planning, monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires an analytical, proactive professional capable of guiding crossâfunctional teams, driving process efficiency and fostering a culture of excellence in operations.
Key Responsibilities
Process Optimisation and Improvement: Design, implement and continuously refine performance management processes and frameworks across the organisation.
Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and areas of improvement using dataâdriven analysis and process mapping techniques.
Lead crossâfunctional projects to streamline operational workflows, reduce cycle times and improve service delivery.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to align process improvements with strategic objectives.
Reporting and Performance Insights
Work with the HR Reporting team to create and monitor performance reports.
Develop and maintain key performance indicators and metrics dashboards to track team and organisational performance.
Conduct regular performance reviews, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
Establish feedback loops and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress on operational goals and identify emerging risks or issues.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting trends, challenges and opportunities.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for processârelated matters between operational teams, leadership and external partners.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions and meetings to promote best practices and process adherence.
Communicate process changes, updates and expectations clearly and effectively to all relevant stakeholders.
Change Management
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and adaptability among teams.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
Ensure all operational processes adhere to regulatory requirements, industry standards and internal policies in the countries we operate in.
Implement quality control measures and audit processes to maintain high operational standards.
Investigate process failures or deviations, initiating corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
Technology
Support the implementation of Workday Performance to support process automation and data analytics.
Work with the Workday programme team specialist to ensure system updates are managed and coordinated effectively.
Deliver training on performance processes and Workday to key HR teams as required.
Champion the use of digital platforms and dataâdriven decisionâmaking across the organisation.
