An exciting opportunity to join CMS in our Insurance Team in either London or Bristol.

About The Role

The Insurance team handles financial lines, aviation and complex policy coverage matters. You will have the opportunity to work with an enviable client base, including many of the leading insurers and major brokers. The team are known for being friendly, highly commercial in their advice and offer the prospect of working closely with key clients, alongside being encouraged to develop your own contacts/network in the market.

About You

We will invest in your ongoing training and development to support your professional goals and help you to thrive in your role from day one. Our opportunities are open to all suitably qualified applicants, so to be considered for this role, you must meet the following skills and experience:

  • The right individual will have experience gained at a City, insurance, major regional or leading international firm with strong experience handling clients in major insurance undertakings.
  • We are looking for people 4 PQE+ ideally.
  • You will have excellent drafting skills and the ability to deliver practical and commercial advice.
  • Due to the role being client facing, you will need to have sound judgement and good interpersonal and project management skills.
  • You will have gained experience in the professional indemnity, financial lines, cyber, transactional liability or aviation classes of business, but we are open to considering applicants with extensive coverage experience in other classes.
