Exciting new opportunity has arisen for an outgoing Customer Service Advisor who is looking to kick start a career in Recruitment to join a rapidly growing independent company based in Ashford, Surrey as a Trainee Recruiter.
CMS can offer the successful applicants an in-house training programme to launch their Recruitment career, along with continued support and training to ensure their ongoing development and progression.
Responsibilities- Resourcing and identifying candidates for varied roles
- Liaising with Clients, Candidates and suppliers
- Developing new and existing business
- Confirming interview/starts
- Building working relationships with both Clients and Candidates
- Networking with connections
- Attending site visits
The successful Trainee Recruiter will be required to have strong organisation skills, be used to dealing with reactive work, be confident in making calls, and have a good telephone manner displaying customer service skills.
