Contract: Permanent opportunity

Hours: Monday to Friday – 40 hrs; 4 on 4 off Nights and Days 12‑hour shifts

Salary: £31,800 + Overtime + Company Benefits

Recruiting on behalf of a Multi‑National established Facilities Management company on a Critical Commercial contract based in Leeds. The Maintenance Electrician will be carrying out PPM/reactive tasks and small electrical installations.

Duties for the Maintenance Electrician:

  • Work on PPM reactive calls issued by the helpdesk
  • Good understanding of BMS controls, emergency lighting, fire alarms
  • Electrical fault finding
  • Asbestos awareness
  • Handling/maintaining generators
  • Flexible working hours and being on call
  • Maintain/repair building fabric issues across the site

Qualifications:

  • C&G PART 1 Electrical Installation
  • C&G PART 2 Electrical Domestic
  • C&G PART 3 Electrical Testing and Inspection
  • 17th/18th Edition Regs
