Recruiting on behalf of a Multi‑National established Facilities Management company on a Critical Commercial contract based in Leeds. The Maintenance Electrician will be carrying out PPM/reactive tasks and small electrical installations.
Duties for the Maintenance Electrician:
- Work on PPM reactive calls issued by the helpdesk
- Good understanding of BMS controls, emergency lighting, fire alarms
- Electrical fault finding
- Asbestos awareness
- Handling/maintaining generators
- Flexible working hours and being on call
- Maintain/repair building fabric issues across the site
Qualifications:
- C&G PART 1 Electrical Installation
- C&G PART 2 Electrical Domestic
- C&G PART 3 Electrical Testing and Inspection
- 17th/18th Edition Regs
