Our client is a social housing contractor who is looking for a responsive repairs supervisor to join their team.
The role of the Responsive Repairs Supervisor is someone who overlooks the repair and maintenance contracts and monitors the progress and assess the completed work. This work is within social housing properties.
The Main responsibilities of this role are:

• Complete Pre and post property inspections
• Monitoring KPI\’s and trade operatives
• Making sure all trade operatives adhere to the H+S regulations
• Liaising with the client , tenants and trade operatives
• Responsible for providing a overview of completed work to the contracts manager
• Undertaking other duties to help other supervisors out by participating in call outs
• Manage defects/Recalls

The successful candidate must have experience within social housing and/or an repairs and maintenance environment.
For the temporary period you must supply your own vehicle and after this a vehicle and fuel card will be provided.
For this role you must have a full clean drivers licence and will be subject to a DBS check.
