Our client is a social housing contractor who is looking for a Responsive Repairs Supervisor to join their team.

The role of the Responsive Repairs Supervisor is to oversee the repair and maintenance contracts, monitor progress, and assess completed work within social housing properties.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Complete pre and post property inspections.
2. Monitor KPIs and trade operatives.
3. Ensure all trade operatives adhere to H&S regulations.
4. Liaise with clients, tenants, and trade operatives.
5. Provide an overview of completed work to the Contracts Manager.
6. Participate in call outs to assist other supervisors.
7. Manage defects and recalls.

The successful candidate must have experience within social housing and/or a repairs and maintenance environment.

For the temporary period, you must supply your own vehicle; after this, a vehicle and fuel card will be provided.

A full clean driver’s license is required, and the candidate will be subject to a DBS check.
