Response & Repairs Electrician

East London – Mobile position within a 10-mile Radius

Temp to Perm • £35k p/a • Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Our established Maintenance Client is urgently looking for an experienced Response & Repairs Electrician. The successful candidate will be required to carry out remedial and maintenance work within Domestic and Social Housing properties.

Responsibilities

  • Domestic repairs, remedial & maintenance on social housing properties
  • Assess properties and make safe so that repaired maintenance can be completed
  • Diagnosing electrical repairs
  • Fixing small and minor electrical faults
  • General electrical maintenance

Qualifications & Requirements

  • The electrician must have the 18th Edition
  • You will be provided with a van and fuel card
  • You will be subject to a DBS check for this role
  • Must hold a valid UK Driving Licence
