Response & Repairs Electrician
East London – Mobile position within a 10-mile Radius
Temp to Perm • £35k p/a • Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Our established Maintenance Client is urgently looking for an experienced Response & Repairs Electrician. The successful candidate will be required to carry out remedial and maintenance work within Domestic and Social Housing properties.
Responsibilities
- Domestic repairs, remedial & maintenance on social housing properties
- Assess properties and make safe so that repaired maintenance can be completed
- Diagnosing electrical repairs
- Fixing small and minor electrical faults
- General electrical maintenance
Qualifications & Requirements
- The electrician must have the 18th Edition
- You will be provided with a van and fuel card
- You will be subject to a DBS check for this role
- Must hold a valid UK Driving Licence
