Claims Handler required for a large property maintenance specialist looking to expand the existing team due to rapid recent growth. The Claims handler role is a fixed term contract position, full-time Monday to Friday, office based. For this role, the client is offering a competitive salary based on 30 to 32k per annum. Experience within a similar role is desirable.
Duties of the successful Claims Handler will include:
- Discussing the claim with the customer and logging all of the information given.
- Guiding the customer through the process of the claim and keeping them updated.
- Supporting the customer with guidance through insurance claims documents.
- Reporting weekly to management on claim status and outcomes.
- Other general administration.
The clients office are based near Reigate, Surrey with quick access to the local train station, high street.
